Nordstrom Trunk Club and Career Gear Partner to Provide New York Veterans with Suits as They Transition to Civilian Life

New York – In honor of Veterans Day, Nordstrom Trunk Club’s stylists in New York teamed up with Career Gear to style and outfit four area veterans.

Career Gear is an organization dedicated to giving veterans from across the New York metro area the tools they need to find employment, including job coaching, networking, and clothing for interviews and new jobs. Their mission is especially important to those veterans who are making the transition to civilian life and a new career.

In recognition of their service, Nordstrom Trunk Club donated new suits to four veterans participating in Career Gear programs. Each of the participants came into Nordstrom Trunk Club’s Midtown Manhattan Clubhouse for a full styling session, working with professional stylists to find head-to-toe outfits that are ideal for interviewing and work. All of the participants received styling tips and a complete outfit.,q_auto/public_site/press/press-releases/2019/tc-19-vets-press-hero.jpg
