Redeeming Your Notes Is Easy!

To redeem your Nordstrom Note at Nordstrom Trunk Club, simply enter your notes reward number and access code online or in the Nordstrom Trunk Club app during checkout. Notes can also be redeemed in-person at any of our Nordstrom locations. To use your Notes at Nordstrom, just use the Nordstrom app to redeem a $5, $10 or $15 Note. Or you can wait until you earn 2,000 points, and a $20 note will be automatically added to your account. We'll let you know when your $20 Note is ready if you're signed up for Nordstrom emails.
